Graduated from Toyohashi University of Technology in December 2007 for PhD in Natural Language Processing (NLP), subdomain of Artificial Intelligence. Working as Associate Professor at Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, since 2008. Got several reseach funds from ITB, DIKTI, LPDP and ASEA UNINET. Has published more than 100 publication paper, mostly in NLP area. Was assigned as Head of Informatics Bachelor Degree ITB (2012-2015) and Head of Doctoral Degree in Electrical Engineering and Informatics, ITB (2016-2020). Since 2019, has been assigned as Head of Artificial Intelligence Center at ITB. Now active in several communities such as INACL, IEEE Education chapter, IABEE, PIKA, IAIS, APTIKOM. Since 2018, has founded a start up called prosa.ai.
