Data Driven and AI-Enabled Decision Making for Leaders

Description
Data-Driven & AI Decision Making for Leaders is a 12-week program for leaders who want to make sharper decisions, deploy AI across their workflows, and institutionalize data-driven culture in their organizations.
This program doesn’t teach you AI tools—it changes how you and your team make decisions, with AI built into every step. Designed specifically for working professionals and non-technical decision-makers, key highlights of the learning experience include:
You won’t learn AI. You’ll learn to lead with it: Frame the right questions, delegate analysis, and act on evidence. Built specifically for the person making the call.
Leave with playbooks you can implement immediately: Your capstone is built on your actual business case, not a hypothetical. You’ll develop decision frameworks, AI workflows, and a governance playbook specific to your organization.
AI isn’t a module. It’s embedded in every session: AI is introduced from session one and deepens across all three phases. You learn decision-making and AI together, not as separate skills.
Taught by ITB faculty and industry leaders: Academic sessions are led by ITB faculty, while applied sessions are led by industry practitioners. Get both perspectives on every single topic.
Course:
