Sebagian elemen dicor langsung di tempat (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"110\">in-situ<\/i>), sebagian difabrikasi di dekat lokasi proyek (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"165\">near-site<\/i>), dan sebagian lagi dikirim dari pabrik pracetak jarak jauh (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"236\">far-supply<\/i>). <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"249\">MP2K<\/b> menutup seri ini dengan satu pertanyaan mendasar: bagaimana seluruh moda tersebut dikelola sebagai satu kesatuan sistem produksi yang terintegrasi\u2014bukan sekadar diagram Gantt yang diperhalus?<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Laboratorium virtual ini berfokus pada <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"39\">Project Production Management<\/i> (PPM) dan sains operasi konstruksi, berakar dari prinsip <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"126\">Project Production Institute<\/i> (PPI) dan <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"165\">Factory Physics<\/i>. Melalui studi kasus struktur rangka beton bertingkat dua dengan tiga moda produksi (kolom <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"272\">in-situ<\/i>, balok <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"287\">near-site<\/i>, dan pelat lantai <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"315\">far-supply<\/i>), peserta menjalankan <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"348\">Discrete Event Simulation<\/i> (DES) untuk menguji interaksi tiga tuas utama\u2014<i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"420\">Capacity<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"430\">Variability<\/i>, dan <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"447\">Inventory<\/i>. Hasil simulasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan landasan teoretis seperti Hukum Little, persamaan Kingman, kurva <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"570\">Cycle Time<\/i> vs. WIP, <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"590\">fill rate<\/i>, hingga pengendalian <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"621\">Constant Work in Process<\/i> (CONWIP).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Yang Dipelajari \u2014 Konstruksi Ramping<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Mengalihkan paradigma dari sekadar mengendalikan jadwal kalender ke pengendalian sistem produksi: kestabilan aliran (<i data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"117\">flow<\/i>), dinamika antrean, dan alokasi inventaris (<i data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"166\">inventory<\/i>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Memahami serta mengoptimalkan lima tuas PPM: <i data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"45\">product design<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"61\">process design<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"77\">capacity<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"87\">inventory<\/i>, dan <i data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"102\">variability<\/i>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">Mengidentifikasi dampak variabilitas yang menuntut kompensasi sistemik berupa penyediaan <i data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"89\">buffer<\/i>: kapasitas berlebih, kelonggaran waktu (<i data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"136\">time buffer<\/i>), atau cadangan material (<i data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"174\">stock buffer<\/i>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Menerapkan kebijakan CONWIP untuk membatasi pekerjaan dalam proses secara disiplin\u2014menahan dorongan umum di lapangan untuk sekadar &#8220;mulai saja dulu&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Yang Dipelajari \u2014 Operasi Konstruksi<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">Memetakan ketergantungan antar-moda produksi dalam satu siklus struktur: sinkronisasi pekerjaan kolom (<i data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"103\">onsite<\/i>), balok (<i data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"119\">near-site<\/i>), dan panel pracetak (<i data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"151\">far-supply<\/i>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">Menjalankan eksperimen simulasi DES menggunakan berbagai skenario: <i data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">baseline<\/i>, variabilitas tinggi, inventaris ketat, hingga kapasitas cadangan berlebih.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">Menganalisis metrik operasional (<i data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"33\">Throughput<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"45\">Cycle Time<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"57\">Work in Process<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"74\">fill rate<\/i>, dan utilisasi titik kritis\/<i data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"112\">bottleneck<\/i>) serta memvalidasinya terhadap kalkulasi
