Jika satu bidang kerja (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"143\">trade<\/i>) terlambat di unit sebelumnya, seluruh rangkaian gerbong kerja (<i data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"213\">wagon<\/i>) di belakangnya terpaksa menunggu\u2014dan tetap menimbulkan biaya. <b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"282\">Rusun Takt<\/b> menyingkap pemborosan tersembunyi tersebut yang kerap kali tidak terlihat di balik diagram Gantt konvensional.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Simulasi edukasi <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"17\">lean construction<\/i> ini dirancang berbasis studi kasus rusun tiga lantai tipe <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"93\">walk-up<\/i> (terinspirasi dari <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"120\">Takt Towers<\/i>). Sebanyak tujuh tim kerja (struktur, pelat lantai, dinding, MEP, plester, keramik, dan pengecatan) bergerak secara sekuensial sebagai iring-iringan <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"281\">wagon<\/i>.
