Peserta akan mengambil peran aktif dalam rantai kolaborasi pemilik\u2013desainer\u2013kontraktor\u2013enam tim kerja untuk menyusun <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"195\">Master Plan<\/i>, <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"208\">Phase Plan<\/i> (skema <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"226\">pull planning<\/i> struktur dan pondasi), <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"263\">Look-ahead Planning<\/i> (L1\u2013L4), <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"292\">Weekly Work Plan<\/i> (WWP), <i data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"316\">Daily Huddle<\/i>, sesi pembelajaran, hingga pelaporan berkala.
